Policy and Communications Manager, Housing Assessment Resource Tools (HART)
Sam is responsible for the policy and communications portfolios at the HART project; her superpower lies in translating complex research findings into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiences. Her work has contributed to millions in grant funding, multiple awards, and one of the most widely used housing data tools across the country. In addition to managing all social media, events, web content, and design for HART’s many projects, she also spearheads research work, including the ongoing BSH Public Deeds project studying government land data access in Canada.
